I can't say anything about their springs alone, but I just got their coilovers and MAN do they kick ***. The spring rates are relatively the same as the b-swap ones tho. Its not too jouncy, a nice connected feel instead of the lurching and pulling a softer spring gives you.

I've just always seen a bunch of fast cars which are progress equipped and just never sampled anything from their line. Now that I own a set, i'd have to say another line is going to have rave reviews from someone I actually respect to get me to switch off at this point.

I had the b series springs on my crx and it handles really well. I have tokiko illuminas too. They make the car sit too high for me so i got some gc coilovers from a 00 integra and they are just as stiff. If you like your car low to the ground i wouldnt recommend the "b series" springs
