95 Accord... Need help getting Error Codes
I need help locating the 2pin connector for getting the error codes. I have searched all over for it and can't find it (not under glove compartment, or driver side).
speedometer, odometer, trip counter, and cruise control are all out. Probably VSS
I only found a red 2pin connector attached to the airbag.
Here is a pic:

Also, it anyone can post a picture of where I can find the VSS. I have had no luck locating it. I know its somewhere under the alternator.
To find the Service Check Connector, just look up from underneath the passenger side glove box, there are two blue connectors, it is the one with the red wire and Grn/Blu wire. (Picture is kind of blurry, trying to snap it in a dark area.)

The VSS is located (at least on an automatic) near the coolant bleeder, by looking waaay down to the transmission.

Thank you very much. I spent the weekend asking around and I post here and get the answer in 10 minutes.
Now that I have the error code (17) which verifies its the VSS. I need help figuring out how to get to it.
The pic is very helpful but I still can't see it. After I move the intake hose aside. How far down its it and how to I remove it safely? I would hate to lose that little pin that goes inside it.

The VSS is about 10 - 12 inches down from about the height of the throttle body.
1. Remove the air intake tube from the throttle body.
2. Disconnect the 3-P connector from the VSS.
3. Use a ratchet, with a long extension, and a 10 mm socket to remove the 2 mounting bolts.
4. Twist the VSS from side to side and lift straight up.
Better yet, here are some links:

Thanks tech8 but I can't seem to find it. I moved the air intake half way but I can't see it. I may just need to take it the the shop for this one.
