Heater Core - question about inlet/output pipes
The other day, I had to replace the coolant outlet hose since it had burst open. Now after the hose replacement, coolant is pooling up in the driver side floor.
I'm thinking the twisting and pulling of the old hose might have cracked something something on the other side of the firewall. Finally got it off by cutting up the old hose (which I probably should have done to begin with) Can anyone with experience with heater cores let me know if anything is prone to breaking?
It could be that I am just terribly unlucky this year.
For now I'm just going to do a bypass, but I'll want heat again during the winter months.
