FS: non WOrking T7 Turbo, Rebuild ? CHEAP

Info: This turbo was on my boys hatch and made 350whp @14 psi. Later that day, one of the internal bolts of the turbo came lose and damaged the little fan.( see 1st pic) He got another t7 from somewhere and we made sure that that bolts were tight ,we installed it and it ran fats as ****, car was sold afterwards.This is one of the ebay turbo's i believe, from what i know is that the turbo can be rebuild with quality internals such as garrett. The turbo has less then 50 miles on it.
