CAMP1320... NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL
Has anyone got ahold of Tom from Camp1320? I ordered a set of spun supermesh's and I boldly stated I needed the lug pattern 4x114.3 Anyways.. I received the wheels on Thursday and now its Monday and I still can't get ahold of them. I feel like I am gonna get the *** end of the deal here with rims I can't even use and $550 down the drain. On the ebay site they said after 5days of shipment they can decline refunds over any reason and tommorrow is the fifth day and I still can't get ahold of them. Anyone knows whats going on!?!?!?!
I've read a thread or two about him taking awhile to reply/solve problems... But he does get a lot of customers, and is supposedly very busy..
Search the For Sale Forum, see if you can find any of the threads..
How have you tried contacting him?? You should try Calling if you haven't..

I've tried calling, emailing them, even adding tom on AIM.. I am pretty worried at this point that he won't do the return on my rims.. I never done business with camp1320 so I don't know how their customer service is with people.

Finally got ahold of Tom from what he said I never indicated 4x114.3 instead I supposedly indicated 4x100 which is complete bs now I have to pay out of my own pocket to send these rims back. BLAH!!!!!!!

I don't know. It was obviously by their fault. I tried explaining that to Tom but he kept saying he was looking at the paypal receipt saying it had nothing saying I wanted 4x114.3 and at the same time I was looking at the reciept and I took that screenshot. I told him what was his email so I can send it and he declined he didn't want to look at the proof I had by saying he believes me but I still have to find a way to get the rims back in. Which is hard because I am now broke, jobless, and now I have no car because I have no wheels.. I don't see why they can't cover the shipping charge its gonna cost more for me to ship the wheels then it is them because they have a business. I don't know I am kinda aggravated because this issue still isn't resolved because I am still talking to MF Doom through PM's and he said he'll try to get a call tag on it but I haven't got a response back.

Report it through PayPal. They have it clearly documented and will contact camp1320 for you. You shouldn't have to pay any more out of your pocket to return the wheels for their shitty business.

Well I am still waiting for MF Doom's confirmation on the call tag which is when FEDEX will come back and return the package for a small 5$ charge but so far he hasn't replied and he went offline.
*EDIT* I had to call them and they confirmed that fedex will be picking it up tommorrow lets see how long it will take to recieve the right lug pattern wheels. :/

Things just got out of hand in this thread
We were at BOTI in Vegas all weekend. Our shop phone is working and so is Tom's cell phone. We didnt get the note in PayPal so thats why we shipped the 4x100 lug pattern. We sorted out the problem the day you got a hold of us, so I dont see what the customer service problem is.

thursday...friday.....saturday....sunday....and now monday. Most shops that i know of in this industry have shop cars which they race for money, which takes up their weekend. When is it that you expect a business to reply to you over the weekend? Usually your call is returned on monday when they are at the shop and get your messages.
i dont see what the big deal is other than that you got the wrong wheels. Since this is getting sorted out, i am closing this thread for the sake of more bs.
