Default Goodbye to the Donkey

My trusty Donkey is for sale and I received an offer today. I bought this bike a couple of years ago to learn how to ride and work on bikes and she did exactly that. If it weren't for a bad transmission, I'd be riding it today.

The RC's here at the office with me today. It's been a while since I rode it and the mods I've done since the accident have been great

Funny factoid - the Super Bike tail without a seat pad is more comfortable than the OEM seat!

The potential buyer backed out after calling around for repair quotes.

I should just fix and ride it.

Piano bikes ftl! Oh wait... Damn it!
But seriously, if someone did a little custom body work, it would look 100 times better...

The guy that offered me the $800 backed out so I bought the 2nd gear parts in frustration. I guess the Donkey stays another year .

Besides, <$500 spent is only 10% of the VFR I was going to buy.

Next time you foo's see pictures of this bike, it will be wearing Sharkskinz AND saddle bags

Shes a good lil mule, and you never know when you need a daily ridden bike... DAILY!

Besides, anytime you can dirt track a MC through a canyon trun and come out alive makes her a keeper

Yes, the bike is for sale but not at the rock bottom, Crazy Gideon blow-out prices. I ordered the parts to fix the transmission and perform a light rebuild/refresh.
