D16B7 into D15B1 question

Default D16B7 into D15B1 question
I tried searching but I'm a noob and didn't find the exact info that I need. Sorry. So, what I would like to know is how compatible/easy is it to put the D16B7 cam on a D15B1 head. Are there any modifications which I need to do to the head if I do it? Also, could I just swap the head instead? Thanks.

might just be me, but i think u meant a D15B7 or D16Y7 and not a D16B7
