o2 cel help?

o2 cel help?
Is anybody else getting a cel for there secondary o2 sensor has low volts? I'm running a high-flow cat and I'm pretty sure that I need an o2 simulator? Can anybody confirm this or tell me where to get an o2 simulator for a 2000 gsr?
Also I've tried the non-fouler fix and if worked for about 3 days until my cel came back on.
