Default obd1 head on obd2 block in obd2 car?

First, I searched and all I got were results for B-series. I'm assuming I won't have an issues...afterall...an H is an H, correct?

Setup so far -

H22a4 block - have
H22a4 Engine harness - have
Obd1 H22 Head - looking at
Going into - 98 Accord

Everything is just in pieces at the moment b/c I've gotten everthing for fairly cheap (under $150) and most H22 heads are going for more than I wanna pay but I found an OBD1 head for what I think is a pretty low price and I wanna pick it up but I wanna make sure it'll fit first.

use the OBDII distributor and you will be fine.

also, you will want a 97+ head gasket (open deck)
