Do all 98 and up JDM Type R's come with 478 finals?

I was told that all 98 and up JDM Type R's come with the 478 final. But for some reason I remember hearing that only 98 spec r have the final. Anyone know for sure? Thanks

All 98+ ITR are 98spec, hence have the 4.785 FD
