Default Which winter tires on Si?

Which brand of tires do you recommend? I jyst got my 16 inch rims from Honda for my Si. It's going to be the first time I buy winter tires. Bridgestone? Michelin? Nokian? Pirelli? any other make? What would you go with?

Thanks

JF

P.S I'm from Montreal, Quebec, Canada

I had a set of bridgestone blizzak WS-50s on my prelude and they were great! Drove from montreal to CT in a blizzard right along an audi a4, no other cars dared to be on the road. I highly reccomend them if you encouter alot of snow.

BTW, are your rims steelies? How much was the set from honda?

i have the dunlop draspic ds-2's and honestly for the money you can get a better tire in snow ive had the michelin's, goodyear's, and bridgestone's and they all do about the same in snow but the goodyears are the best in ice and the michelin's still handle like an all season tire

Blizzak LM's. I had them mounted on 16's last winter and they were awesome!!! No road noise handled great in snow slush and ice and they were decently priced.

I'm about to join the ranks of the Si faithful (08 NHBP Coupe to be built in two weeks ) and wanted to know a good all-season performance tire that i could trust in the snow and leave on year round. Being straight out of college, while paying with my own coin, price is important. I am upgrading from shitty tires on a shitty old Saturn so i'm used to the absolute worst, anything decent would be a major improvement (not to brag, but i'm fairly good at the dealing with poor weather conditions) REmember, I'm no pro street racer but what should i get in regards to the most bang for my buck???

P.S. Should i even upgrade or will the stock all-seasons be good enough?

Thanks a lot,Si masters!!!
