that's like buying a turbo from arospeed.

 

as with all the ebay turbos, you're taking a risk buying one. some people have used them with good results, but there is a greater number of people who have had terrible results from them

 

Holy ****, $550 for an OBX turbo?!

 

my thoughts exactly... might as well buy a garrett for that money.

I'd personally hold out on buying an OBX turbo until I hear more feedback. I mean it's not like Turbonetics doesn't outsource to China, so it's not the country of origin that's the issue.

Gosh, did this question actually get asked. How about those SPA turbos from Brazil. Anyone has any luck with those?

 

i wouldn't personaly buy one. i was looking on their site and they make a 35R for 800 bux? when you could spend 300 bux more and get a real one but then again people are having luck with their LSD units

 

i dont know but for 500 bucks it better hold up and u do get warranty,and i hate when peps use the therm"EBAY TURBO" when u actualy find garret products out there

 

OBX turbo's are the bomb.......

there's nothing wrong with buying a garrett turbo off of ebay.

There is something wrong with buying a turbo from a company who almost exclusively sells on ebay.
