98 Accord Rotors...
My apologies if this has been posted before but...
My first Accord was a 92, pretty much the transition in changing those rotors out were like a lack of a better word, a BITCH to do... Ive heard mechanics time and time again say.. "we have to use a special tool to pull them off."
What is this special tool?
Also, now I have a 98 Accord EX-V6 in which I love, however I just have a question..
Are the 98 rotors the same as the ones from 92? Or can you just remove them easily?

Nope. 4th gen and 5th gen front brakes are a B**** to take out. but 6th gen and up are rotor over hub
Though removing the phillips screw can be a pain in the butt, because you can strip it. you might want to buy or rent an impact driver. Available at Lowe's, Home depot, or most auto stores.
EDIT EDIT!!!
Just a tip, use a 8x100mm(not sure on the size, bolt size is the same as the header cover screw bolts) bolt to force the rotor from the hub. mine had some rust in it and it was impossible to remove... Try to get a fairly long one

I dont see why you wouldn't just hit the rotor with a hammer. if it's rusted, a few good hits should loosen it.
