stock h22a4 I would like to build it strong enough to handel a large turbo. I was thinking about sending the block to Darton to get sleeved but I'm not sure what other parts I should use.

Actualy I wish I could say I was doing something fun but I was in third gear accelerating probably half the pedal.

What did you do and what did it cost?

not suprised? what do you mean? I am pretty OCD about changing my oil valvoline synthetic only the engine got hot as hell and the oil burned smells real bad.

When I purchased my car it had a blown engine like yours. I replaced it with a H22A and sold the head for $400.00 so it help with the cost. Is it really worth it to rebuild that block because it looks pretty bad to me. Also I have a general question for everyone, will Darton or some other aftermarket selves prevent this from happening?

Well, the head doesn't look too bad... be glad it wasn't toast too. Time for an H23 block then?

Thanks for the pics.
