ok well lets see. i have a 92 gsr in a 90 honda crx si. im running a b 16 ecu for now. going to get a p72 soon could this cause my surge?
the car also sounds like it gurgles in acceleration and freels like the engine is sluggish the engine gurgle started to happen when i installed my 2nd o2 sensor on my car. the car is obd0 i know i dont need it 2nd o2 but i was running a code.
now i have no codes and the engine runs like crap.
the things i replaced are
ivac
vacume hoses
dizzy
alternator
no leaks from gaskets
new spark plugs
wires car roter
im am stumpted and need some help please? any suggestions on what the problem could be?

 

obd0 b16's do use a 2nd o2, but they are suppose to both be on the exhaust manifold. try to switch the o2 sensors and see if that helps.

could be yah need a D series swap to fix that sorry not really helping but i dont know anything about B series.
