i got a 91 civic hatch and the bumpers are like the plastic black ones and my car is blue. Can u take it 2 a paint shop and tell them 2 paint the bumpers?

why wouldnt you. that would be like going to subway and asking them if they can make you a sandwich

 

a paint shop can paint anything, they use a flex additive for plastic so it won't crack

 

take them off take them to the shop tell them to match the pant

 

thankz cuz my car will look better with the painted bumpers
