SOOPER FAST MANG!

Just kidding... for roughly $50 and 5whp I think the Hondata IMG is well worth it. The stock IMG's are thin and allow alot more heat to transfer from the cylinder head to the intake manifold, the Hondata one helps prevent this and allows for lower intake temperatures which equals a small increase in horsepower.

i still don't have a img upgrade
but i see what your saying
the time and sweat needed for 5whp (if even that) just doesn't seem worth it to me
especially with just minor bolt-ons
some will argue though

The IMG helps reduce temperatures in your intake manifold. This in turn gives you better performance and some would argue consistent performance even when you have been beating the car for a long time.

Don't get that yet...get a cai & race header...you'll get more hp/tq with these two...And don't worry about the cops in Winton, they won't bother you too much...

I don't think it actually makes power but cools down the temperature which doesn't low too much power...

to be honest i really don't see how the hondata IMG really makes a big difference. How did they test that "degree" change. To me it's like a sugar pill, you think it's doing you something good but this is my opinion.
