Should be lining up unless you have JDM headlights

I am 99% sure it is the same hood but assuming it is, it still takes adjustment to make a different hood fit on your car. It's just a quirky thing like that, just make the proper adjustment to make it fit and it will be all good, you may need a body shop depending on how out of whack it is.

I think the only diff between the two is the fenders and bumper, correct me if I'm wrong. So the hood should be fine.

It should fit fine provided it came off of a Civic Hatchback and that your car is straight. Civic Sedan and Wagovan Hoods don't fit properly. What exactly do you mean by it not lining up properly? You mean the gaps between fenders, or the latch mechanism, etc?

All USDM 4th gen hoods are the same. From the placement of the hinges, however, it looks like they are from a sedan. (The sedan and HB/CRX hinges have different p/n's).

Put HB or CRX hinges on it, it should work then.

This is true. I got my P/N's confused. You definitely have a sedan hood.
