If you're desperate, you could find both of the things you're looking for on ebay motors. Make sure you compare the products though.

Here, i'll give you links to get you started.

v6 dual exhaust link:

v6 CAI link:

This is probably one of the cheaper ways to go. If you're looking for quality, i'd check out the magnaflow site for an exhaust.

you will LOOSE low end torque if you free up the exhaust too much on the V6 car. best best is an Intake with headers and axle back (basically mufflers)

oh and CL-S cams would help too

so rather then adding the whole catback exhaust i am better of adding 2 tip mufflers. Got that .. any recomendations on it please?

You can still get an exhaust, just watch the size of which the exhaust is. You definately do NOT want to go any bigger than 2.5"-3.0". Doing an exhaust bigger than the specified size would kill your low end speed due to the lack of back pressure. A tip does little to nothing for a car. If you want improvements, get a the lighter, and more durable cat-back exhaust.

You can still check on the recommendation for the size of the exhaust.
