Default B16a or B20b into my 97 hatch?

my engine finally blew after 3 weeks of heavy abuse. ive had experience in the past with a boosted b16a, but now, since my budget is low, im planning on going all motor. which motor do you guys recommend, b16a or b20? which motor has a stronger bottom end? i need an all around, reliable motor, that can take some abuse.

All motor = b16a
Stronger bottom end = b20b
All around, reliable motor = Both

I would personally get the B20b, but then you need to source a tranny, ecu, and other misc peices.

I just blew my B16a last week
Instead of buying another one I ordered a JDM b20
I loved my b16 but no matter how many parts I installed It never had ***** on the low end.

B16 is weaksauce!

No ***** whatsoever.

I've had one and a B18c and it's a night and day difference.

The B20 will be nice.
