Default magnaflow exhaust weld broke

ok i allready had a magnaflow cat back exhaust installed on my 04 ep3 today i installed a magan ss header and test pipe took it for a spin and it got really loud looked under the car and the weld on the mid pipe broke! the one that connects to the test pipe. the flange with 3 bolts is still connected to the test pipe but the weld holding the flange to the start of the mid pipe is broken. has anyone else had this problem? whats the best way to fix the problem so it does nt happen again?

Get it replaced by Magnaflow. I've had mine with no problems for a long time. If the header doesn't have a flex-pipe, that's your problem.

Sounds like you just got it. Call Magnaflow up. Their parts don't normally do that.

I didn't have ESMM and it worked fine. I got a torque dampener but the Magnaflow was taking the engine movement for a couple years before that.

As long as you got it from one of their dealers, Im sure it can be replaced.
