Default Tach/Speedo problem

Ok so I was working on my cluster today and was replacing some light bulbs and painting the needles awesome orange! Anyway, thats ALL I did to the gauge cluster nothing more. I didnt work on anything else but the cluster so no underhood stuff. Everything is plugged in correctly and everything was working before I took the cluster out.

I even took it out once before at work to check the light bulb sizes and when I put it back in it worked. Now I take it out and put it back in and it doesnt work.

Anyway I take the cluster completely out and when I put it back in the cluster doesnt work anymore. The tach and speedo are off big time. When I turn the car to accessory the speedo jumps to 30 mph and the tach doesnt move when I start the car the mph stay at 30 mph and the tach doesnt move still. When I rev the mph stay at 30 and the tach moves slightly. When Im driving normally the speedo will kinda start to work and the tach will go up but wont come back down.

Im trying to give you all the info I have.

I hope this info will help you help me...

Update!!

Repulled the cluster. Unplugged the harness' and plugged em back in. Now the speedo works but the tach stays straight up and down.

Do I have to reset something somewhere, Im so damn confused...
