Default My 90 civic hatchback

i came across this 1990 civic hatchback sitting in a lot the price they were asking was $700 i offered them $300 and they gladly accepted according to the odometer it has a little over 160k miles on it. it was upgraded to a mpfi d15b at some point. the car didnt start so i had to tow it home with my alty lol. i got it home and it wasnt getting power to the starter solenoid so i found where the break in the wire was, fixed it and it started right up no problem . the motor seems to be in pretty good shape and the tranny only grinds going into 2nd lol . the stock struts are trashed and have shitty 10 dollar ebay springs im going to rplace them soon with full coilovers. also replaced rear drivers side wheel hub. oh and the usual problem with the main relay working 70% of the time in the heat LOL.

i think the hood and fenders are from a 4 door so they dont even fit right
a hack job attempt of putting in hood pins .

a little bit of exact match rattle can from autozone lol. and new bumper filler (still looks crappy with the hood and fenders, cant wait to replace them).

nice dent in drivers side door and partially shaved trim. no other dents on the body and havent found any rust yet .

Crappy custom CAI soon to be AEM

thats it for now ive got alot of work ahead of me

^^lol thanks, my main concern for the car right now is the suspension, and front end-fenders, hood, bumber, lights etc. also a new exhaust the one on it now is pretty funny lol. im also trying to decide if i want to dish out the money for a B-series engine swap or just stick with the D-series and build on it.
some more pics for fun-
