I have a d15 b8 and the head says pm3-5, I've looked and looked and cant figure out what the head is from.

PM 3-5 is a Si/DX/SOHC ZC head. I actually found that through Google.

Correct. Which also means that head was swapped on there because the B8 is the 8 Valve block from 92-95 Civic CXs.
