supertechs are good springs and great price. don't really need ti retainers on a d.d. just stick to stock retainers and keepers. had my bc3 cams and supertech springs for over a year, and 22k miles

what else do you need to know?

I'd personally just go with skunk2 stage 2 cams with supertech valvesprings and retainers. but if you already have bcIII's, then just get supertech valvesprings and retainers and slap the bitch on.
