Default throwing code 68 which I can not find on any check engine code list

I tuned my car a week ago and a couple days after while i'm driving and everything is fine then the car would bog/stutter one time and throw a code which is 68 and i have looked on multiple check engine code list but there is never a 68. if it throws the code and i turn my car off and on, the code is gone but the car will eventually bog/stutter again and throw the code again. I would like to know what the hell this code means and how do I fix it because it keeps doing it.

i even recorded the check engine light for people that might think i'm reading it wrong.

please help, i'm afraid to drive my car because i'm paranoid that bad things will happen.

gsr motor:
usdm itr pistons
itr cams
hytech knockoff header
skunk2 intake manifold
70mm bbk tb
jdm itr 3'' intake
arp headstuds
obd1 p28 ecu
made 184whp and 130wtq sae corrected tuned on crome

That is really strange. I've never found a source to a code 68.
Only 58 and 48

from knowledge learned Code 68 is like a boot loop for an i phone. Your ecu keeps trying to retune itself. There is an issue with the tune or the chips in the ecu itself

From what I’ve found 68 is a memory loss code. I’ve seen it on chipped ecus that had the 743hc373 chip not soldered in very well before.
