Default Crx w/ Gsr swap

Just finished putting my swap into my car, got the wiring done from rywire, looks great. Changed the timing belt, noticed the line on the cam gears didnt match like it said to have them in the manual, so I moved them till it did, also line up the crank to how it said in the manual. Went to start it, started up, idles really high (2500) and then shuts off after about a minute. If I try to give it the gas it dies right away.
Throwing codes 1 (o2?) 3 (map?) and 7 (tps?).
Talked to some people today and they said its because my crank sensor isnt wired in?
Plug didnt come on the harness.
Anyone else have this kind of problem or have an idea of whats wrong or the solution.
Any input would help, really want to get this car finished. Thanks.
Edit: Its a odb2 gsr converted to odb1 by rywire. Running a chipped p28 from them as well.

did you possibly get your tps and map switched? they are the same kind of plug. and is there an o2 sensor hooked up at all or no?

Na their hooked up right, maps on top, tps on side. There is an o2 sensor but its out of my old car and wasnt hooked up so it may be bad.
Anyone think its a vacuum issue?
It idles for a few seconds then dies out, and sometimes it jumps up to like 2500 and dies out after 10 seconds.

Its a brand new chipped ecu from rywire.
I think I was wrong on the o2 sensor code, i counted the part the light stayed on for a few seconds a code.
My dad thinks its the tps, but correct me if im wrong dont you have to replace the TB along with that?

In the manual it said to replace the TB as well though?
I have a odb0 tb off my old ls but I dont think that would work for MAP reasons.

Really sounds like the map and tps are are switched, I would swap them around to see, but if that isnt the problem and you wish to change the tps the obd o will work as far as the sensor goes. But I would swap the others around and try that first. Happend to me many times.

had problem like that when i swap H22 into my teg. Checked and found out my tsp and Map got switched (that solve the shut off suddenly). Checked the vacuum lines for correct idle.

Think I found the problem.
No gasket for the TB, kid who owned the engine before me was an idiot. And my dad seems to think the long flash then the 3 is 13 which would be the barometric pressure? in the pcm or something like that. In the manual it says to bring it to service.
The sensors switched I dont think is the problem because i just ran one of the plugs that was on the firewall map onto the map sensor on top of the tb.
I'll let you all know how it goes, picking up the gasket later today. Thanks for the help

well not having the gasket is certainly the cause of the idle issue.

but that random shutoff sounds like tps/map related.

silly question: all the grounds nice and tight?

any issues with the key cylinder before?

Well, after ordering the gasket from 2 different auto parts stores they were both the wrong one. I checked my ls's TB and that one looks like its the right one, so I'll be ordering one monday.
Hope that fixes everything, but I'd imagine not. What would cause the map and tps to go off? Maybe something with the intake manifold?

Best time for idle was only a few seconds, besides the fluke where it revved up on its own and then lasted nearly a minute. Right now the TB is off but when I switched the tps and map around just for laughs (i knew they were right) the car died out pretty quickly still.
