crx turbo question

Default crx turbo question

so i have a crx with an eg radiator for my setup, my radiator is way tall, my hood wont close and the only way that it will is if i force it on to a serious gangster lean, any suggestions??

if you have a welder lower the mount on your front crossmember. just cut it off then reweld it a bit lower.

if you are willing to spend money aftermarket hood- or after market rad and X member setup.

I'm running a half-sized radiator in my ef as well. How i dealt with this problem was by trimming the crossmember and the back of the frame that sits directly in front of it, that did the trick a little bit, but in order for me to have little to no lean i cut the webbing off the hood.

Worked well for me. But if cutting stuff up isn't your style then you will need to buy an aftermarket traction bar or hood.

kool thanks alot....and yea i dont mind triming off the webbing for the hood.......so then i would just cut out like a half rectangle that'll fit my radiator?? and then how would it sit?? would the top radiator mount be wat'll be holding it?
