you would probably be out 4-6k when selling the car. Your car is probably worth 14-15k to the dealer. Say you bought it for 20K OTD. The si after TTL is probably 23-24k. You will have to spend an additional 8-10k to make up the difference. Since you have given no other info besides it is an "EX," this is a fairly rough estimate assuming you paid cash for the EX. If you put down say 1k, the si will probably end up costing you close to 28-30k due to your negative equity.
