Default I need valve adjustment tips

i have an LS/VTEC with a b16 head gsr cam's i wanted to know the spec's for the valve adjustment and maybe a couple of pointer's aswell..i've tryed searching and didnt find much on here so let me know thanks.

sorry, i assumed you knew how to do the adjustment.
what i meant was, if youre using stock cams leave the valve lash at stock spec.

i have other question, the head just got swapped in and did the timing on it but someone told me that i shouldnt of torqued down the cam cap's without backing out the valve lash adjusters other wise i'll get a false torque spec on the valves any input on this ?
