please help, wierd problem with my 94 civic

I'm getting so sick of this car...problem after problem....

1994 Honda civic ex 5 speed
JDM d15b swap

ok heres the problem

when i turn my car on, it idles very wierdly, the idle jumps and it like revs itself up really fast...then the car just drives EXTREMELY bad...but i have to drive it because I have to get from place to place...

what could this be?

it ended up being the whole throttle body is going bad...Owell.
