Not OEM. OEM sway bar is black.

Blue sway bar would most likely be Cusco.

Definately not OEM.

My guess is cusco, but cusco uses a differen't color blue I though.

Nope, that's definitely the right color for Cusco. Besides, I don't know of any other manufacture that uses blue for their swaybars (at least on an s2000).
