clutch pedal got super stiff all the sudden

clutch pedal got super stiff all the sudden
what will cause a clutch pedal to go stiff all the sudden. it feels like im about to break something everything i push down on it. i can get into all the gears fine and also shift into them with any problems. also if i slightly put my foot on the pedal. i can feel it shaking my whole leg.
my clutch setup is
act extreme pressure plate with about 20k miles
CC 6puck disc with like 10k miles

Someone has played a sick joke on you and swapped out your clutch kit for a much more agressive one. F*CK theives.
Actually, have you recently bled your clutch?
Were the clutch components new when you installed them? or used?
Do you notice anything different when driving? besides the fact that its harder to press in

yep all brand new installed by me. had no problem with it til now. other then the super stiff clutch pedal and it catches alot earlier. it doesnt slip or anything when i floor it
pedal goes right back up

ouch, never heard of that happening.
How would you go about fixing it?
From my understanding, its part of the actual transmission, like its shape, so its not like another can be screwed in, as far as i know. I could be wrong tho.

you can unbolt the old one out. but hte crappy thing is i have to take the tranny off the engine
