gsr ecu wont start the car.

gsr ecu wont start the car.
I opened the gsr computer today and found that the capacitor on pin d10 is burnt. Does any body know if this has something to do with the car not turning over. I put in my friends ecu and the car started.

well obviously it has something to do with the ecu if your car dosent start with your ecu but it does with another one..so i say its ok to guess its your ecu..go buy another one
