Default Engine harness question

Well i am having a couple codes being thrown on my crx i just got running. Mini me, obd1.

Codes
4 CKP - crank position sensor
6 ECT - water temperature sensor
10 IAT - intake air temperature sensor

I could have sworn i pulled an engine harness of a 88 si. Yeah yeah i know not smart. Well i had switch the plugs so it can work with my 91. Now after looking at the wires that trying to figure what is what. I think i pick up a HF harness. Because i have all the colors of the HF one. On my old clip i had for the SI chassis side i have a black/yellow and blue wire still open. So can i make this work or no.

Connector 313 Si onleft tower 8pin
1)brn injec#1
2)red injec#2
3)blu fast idle contrl solenoid valve (SI only)
4)blk/yel 12v+ switched
5)yel injec#4
6)lt blu injec#3
7)yel/blk 12v+ swtiched (injectors)
8)blu/yel IAC valve

Connector 313 HF on left tower 8 pin
1)wht ignition ouput signal (to igniter)
2)blu/yel IAC valve
3)yel/blk 12v+ switched (injectors)
4)brn injec#1
5)yel injec#4
6)yel egr valve lift sensor ref. voltage. (not used)
7)red inj#2
8)lt blu inj#3

This was provided by 1 Fly SI. Also give me other information that led to me finding out my alternator problems and ELD. Which ever idiots put the car together before had them switch on the ecu pins. Stupid people. Which leads me to think since the car is running decent (limp mode) that is probably more then the engine harness.

Yes a 91 crx si

Because i pick the car up as a roller and it was missing the engine harness.

It has the rywire conversion harness and i did my own dizzy conversion.

Crank ps, i think would be in the dissy wiring, (how did you convert?)

IAT is straitgh forward, Check the sensor for ohms (1-4ohms) and 5 volt running

My own conversion harness, using the clips from an ef to the clips on an eg just depin and repin with some extra wire in between.

Im going to check voltage right now.

Well i got it figured out. The red/yellow and red/white where on the wrong clip on the pass side. Then the green/yellow and green/blue where also on the wrong clip. Oddly enough there were completely switch around. So i swap them in there right place and boom car starts up and no more codes, no more limp mode.

I hate working other peoples failed projects. Probably why it failed them. Got sick of trying to figure it out, haha.

Thanks for everyones help.
