I was reading the thread below and have 2 questions. Didn't recommend replacing oil pump with a vtec one...so I am guessing there isn't much difference in flow between the two? Also will the Crx Si intake manifold work (perform well) on Z6 vtec head?

 

No difference, between the A6 and Z6 oiling capacities, the Y8 had less, and yes the A6 intake manifold would work fine.

 

Thanks got another question didnt see anything about using Z6 head bolts not necessary? Non vtec D head bolts work fine?

 

If you are using a Z6 head, no change is needed. If you are using a Y8 head, two bolts/studs need to be changed.
