Default cold air intake in the winter

Does the CAI have a different reaction on the engine in the winter than in the summer.

I was told that the engine has a harder time warming up because of the cold cold air in the winter, is this true.

Thanks for your help

Phil

You'll be fine.

CAI, SRI, open intake manifold, itbs, all have the same intake temperature at startup.

EDIT: It's approximately the same, the difference is so minimal having a stronger battery or thinner oil would be more beneficial.
