Default New head-unit on 07 accord?

I just bought a new 2007 Honda Accord 2 door coupe. I want to know if I can put a new head unit in because it seems like I cant because of the shape and When I went to bestbuy.com to look for some headunits mostly all of them says it cant fit. So what would I need to buy a new head unit because Im thinking of putting in some new subs.

I have an '04 Accord 4 dr but the interior is the same. I just installed an after market head unit replacing the factory unit. I replaced the face unit itself with a "dash kit"...see link below...which gives a single "din" opening for a standard head unit.
It is a pricey way to go...$150.00...but in my opinion it is worth the money. The quality and fit is the same as original Honda and the finish matches perfectly.

Here is another option I believe is designed for the sliding door storage bin beneath the factory stereo.

It depends on what you have...do you have a navigation system and/or dual climate control. It makes a difference. My Accord EX does not have either the nav or dual climate control so the face replacement worked fine for me.
Keep us posted on what you do and how it turns up.
