Default Brake Lights

I have a 87 Honda Accord, Manuel transmission andthe brake lights stay on, even when the car is completly off please help!

look at the brake pedal , where the brake switch plunger sticks out, there is supposed to be a rubber plug, if it is missing brake lite will stay on, cause brake switch plunger will come out as if brake pedal is being depressed
get the little rubber plunger at dealer 2-3 dollars ..

either that ,or possible brake switch staying closed
