i need some help on removing these scratches and swirls i get after i wash my car.. i guess i suck at washing my car ... i use the absorber thing to dry up my car and noticed that it scratches my car now.. what can i use to get rid of the lil tiny scratch marks and swirls i get? my car is black and these swirls are ruining my hatchy.. i drove by those big trucks the other day and he pulled his horn and all these gunk and liquid stuff flew out of the tip of his truck muffler or whatever it is.. i didnt wash my car right away cus i thought it would've been removable like bird poop but it kinda stained into my paint.. any help appreciated pls.. i tried the search but didnt find all the info i needed to fix swirls.

 

You'll need to buff it to remove all the swirls. Try using a micro-fiber mit or towel to wash your car with, and a chamis to dry, that should help out a bit.

 

bird poop is acidic. it will burn into and etch your paint as well if you don't remove it immediately. as for swirls, there are swirl remover compounds (light abrasives) found at your local auto shop.

 

yes i notice bird poop eats the **** out of ur paint.. i have 2 big *** poop stains with dried up burnt paint on the top of my hatch now lol

swirls I recommend Optimum Hyper Compound followed by Optimum Polish.

 

wash your car with the wool wit thing that you buy at your local ar care store place. dry with the shimmy thing. wax then buff with more wax. simple? takes for ever
