Default Removing a panel (not sure what it's called)

Hello,

I have a Honda Civic DX 1992.

Someone stole the stereo unit out of and in the process destroyed the panel that sits around the stereo, climate control buttons, and extends over the steering wheel all the way to the dimmer controller.

I was thinking of going to a junkyard and picking up a new one.
I tried to see about removing the panel, but couldn't figure it out.

Does anyone know how to remove this panel?

I'm not sure what exactly that panel is called, but here's a picture of one:

from what i've heard and read up on, you have to pull the dash completely out to remove it properly.

yeah i believe there are screws holding it in or something like that. your going to have to take the whole dash out and work from there.
