Default CD player just STOPPED playing CD's.

well today my pioneer head unit just stopped playing CD's. and i have no idea why. could maybe just a wire came unplugged?

ive been getting 2 error codes sometiems, but i dont have the manual so i dont know what those 2 errors mean. its erro 10 and error 17. but now its not even giving me an error code just takes the CD spins it for 5 seconds or so and spits it back out.

whats going on audio heads?

I don't know where people get these ideas that if a function of a cd player ceases to work, it's a wire that's unplugged.

If you're getting error codes, then either the deck is filthy inside and needs a good cleaning, or the loading mechanism is bad.

If the mechanism is bad or the laser is out of alignment causing an error code, it's going to need repair. It's not something you yourself can fix.
