Suspension Thread is Dead!
Alright A/C people, when i bought my car it came with some ebay coilovers. Well after noticing more and more bouncing i checked out the coils and they are cracked, so im in the market for new suspension.
1997 Integra
Just no idea what to get so need some help
Coilovers vs Springs
i got 600$ to spend..but picky needs
This is a DD and i ill prob only do like 1 autocross event a yr...I don't want to be jumping around when driving but do wanna be able to make turns without hoping everywhere. Also im not looking for a dumped ride because roads in SC, pot holes everywhere meaning something will break..just wanna have the tires 1 finger gap atleast...what are my options?
Better of with some good shocks and springs or some full coilover kit
Thanks in advance

Spring/strut system-yeah, you could pull it off with your budget and all, Like some KYB's or some Tokico Illumina's with an "over the shelf" rate ground control system, they ride great. Some Omni full coilovers would work just aswell though. Whatever fits your budget in this case. They'll get the job done. BTW, this belongs in the Suspension forum.
with $600, you wont get anywhere near "decent" quality coilovers. decent would range from $800 to about $1000. beyond that, well, its more than decent.
i had a set of omni's with custom valving before. i loved it.
but like........ gosh, why is it so long? hahah. like
