Hey every one. this one is bad. i have an H22a in my 95 civic. My car was stolen and found but when i got it back i had no v-tec. So I had a friend work on it. When i got the car back i still had no V-tec but it ran smooth again.

the next day i tried to start the car and NO SPARK. i have replaced the ignitor with a brand new one, tried replacing the coil from a running d-series dizzy, and ordered a new distributor from schucks. still no spark.

The only thing aside from still not having spark thats really confusing is my new distributor..
the old one had the wiring coming in from the cap on top going to the ignitor and also splicing off to the positive and ground on my coil.

the new one only had all the wired going to the ignitor but nothing spliced to the coil... ANY HELP I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE..my car has been off the road for two months now i need her running again.

 

Also i tried adding my own ground and pulling the wire from the side of the ignitor to the coil still nothing... any wiring diagrams or pics would help as well thanks.
