Well here is the problem that I have: I have a 94 Civic EX, whats happening the cruse control doesnt engage, the switch on the dash turns on, but nothing else works. Later on in this post I've checked a few items that I seen that interfaces with the cruse control unit. I think it comes down to checking the speed sensor or the actual control unit. I'll see whats cheaper first.

The bulb.

 

Possible bad pedal switch, try fiddling with it. I had that same problem.

 

Alright I'll take a look at the petal switch, no the bulb isnt burned out. The cruse just dosent work.

 

Well I've check out a few things that I can think of off the top of my head, like the brake and clutch petal switches they both work. I found a speed sensor that is located in the gauge cluster but I havent gotten around to testing or replacing it yet. So what I have left is the Switch in the steering wheel, the Cruse Control Module, the actuator unit. There is a transducer and one other thing left to check, but I am unable to locate the transducer. Any one got any ideas?

 

The first post made it sound like your problem was the the light wouldn't light.
