i searched and did find the answers i was looking for. i was wondering what most ppl are running for springs and retainers. i'm looking at the crower stg2's but not sure i want to spend the $420+ for the springs they recomend. i've been told that there are some less expensive ones that are just as good.

 

contact user "vtecvoodoo" for a deal on the crower springs. They're actually made by eibach and can be had for about $200.

Go with crower cromoly retainers (better life, cheaper, minimally heavier than titanium).
