B16A2 ECU ERROR CODE

Hi,my conversion is a complex issue.First of all my jdm b16a2 was an A/T and i converted it to M/T.I merged two different wiring,that is the engine wiring is a JDM and the wiring which goes to the ecu is an USDM.Therefore it is obvious that the knock sensor will remain the check engine light on as my jdm ecu looks for KS.My engine does have a knock sensor but the usdm wiring excludes knock wires.Hence,i ordered a chip for the p30 ecu in which knock sensor would be disabled.It runs fine.It should also be noted that i also converted the A/T jdm ecu into M/T.
Here is my problem.When i remove the chip,despite knowing the ks will remain on,it then causes my ignition to burn.I replaced it with a new one.Again the latter continue to burn.So,i reinstalled the chip,the car runs fine.
Another problem,sometimes my check engine light is on while driving and the idle rises to 2500-3000rpm.I've not yet diagnosed the ecu,is there anyone who can help me what could be wrong with the wiring?Thank in advance

first of all..check all your wiring and the wiring u made..check the ground wire and also.the check engine light might be knock sensor cause it happened to me once..and also if u converted jdm p30 ecu from auto to manaul..it might throw a traction control error light..cause i was running with jdm p30 ecu and i couldnt get rid of knock sensor and traction control CEL and they disabled vtec from engaging.. so i bought a chipped p28 usdm ecu..not a chip..but the whole chipped ecu tuned by a pro and tuned based on the mods i have on my car..car has been running very smotth ever since...no more CEL...for one thing i have to say..JDM p30 sucks.

Thank you for inquiring about vtec engagement.My vtec does kick.i don't think it is traction control,because recently i've discovered the the cell is ELD.I didn't make the wiring personally,it was a begginer of vtec who performed it.However i didn't appreciate the work,so tomorrow a pro will remove all the wiring and will then rewire with the engine with an A/T wiring(canceling some A/T wires) using witha JDM p30 ecu.Anyway,are you happy with the b16 performance,what are your modifications?

my b16a is pretty stock..only aftermarket header to exhaust..and air intake so far.. the performace wise is ok..but i start to feel it is not fast enough..
