Mini Me Wiring Questions??

Mini Me Wiring Questions??
A freind of mine has a 90 civic si, and he wants to put a D16Z6 head on. I've found everything I need to do it except that I need to know about the head wiring. Such as using the OBD1 injector's and distributor. I think that he should use a p28 ecu with OBD0 To OBD1 conversion harness and I can run the VTEC wiring. But is there a resistor box I need to worry about and how would I rewire this, and OBD1 and OBD0 distributor connector's are different. So If you GUys CAn help witht hese questions let me KNOW.

you need to either rewire the dizzy plug or buy a jumper. i read somewhere that you just solder all the wires going into the resistor together to delete it.
