1st gear is like an earthquake!!
What do you mean by shakes? Like when you put a car in 4th at 5 mph shakes or like misfire shakes? Does it do it all the way through the rev range? Any noises? Difficulty putting it in gear?

Where did I say 4th gear is messed up... only 1st gear.
No noise. Kind of difficult to put it in 1st gear ( Kinda rough)
I mean shakes as in 1st Gear at low rpm and low mph (start up mph)
RPM between 0 and 2k it happens.
The shake is when your head bobble back and forth. Like your car is pushing forward then stoping then pushing forward again so your head wobbbles back and forth.

I was using the 4th gear as a reference to help describe your shaking. I know 1st is messed in your car, i can read. Sounds like your synchro is no good, for starters. What condition is the clutch in?

hmm what should I look into ? The transmission? or the Clutch/Flywheel.

If it was me, I would replace the gear cluster and the synchro as a set, and since you're opening the trans, i would replace the roller and ball bearings on the input and output shafts. A competent trans shop or dealer should be able to do it for you. I wouldn't touch the insides of a stick, cause its too many shims and clips for my big *** fingers. And last i heard, to do the bearings themselves is a $600 job, dealer price. I would check your clutch situation first if you can rip off the trans yourself, and it will save you on labor if you need to dig into the trans since you took off the trans yourself.
