91 civic si wont start. No codes are being thrown and the car will roll over forever untill the battery dies. New cap rotor and plugs. all plugs are sparking. Has gas. Is there a code thrown if the computer goes bad. Sometimes the computer

check the main relay behind the driver kick panel. These often cause this. If I recall--I have been out of the crx/civic world for a few years... the main relay tells the fuel pump to kick on.

 

Aren't the coils famous for going out ang giving the same problem on EF's?

no. honda ignition systems are very effective.

funny that the OP mentioned a new cap and rotor. check the rotor screw, if the car is "rolling over" until the battery dies, my guess is that the rotor is spinning on the shaft.
